  • Exhibitor table talks are one hour and fifteen minutes in length
  • Proposals must be submitted by a current exhibiting company which has already signed a contract and for which payment has been received by CSBA for this current year.
  • Exhibitor table talk space is limited; proposals are accepted on a first-come first-served basis until space is filled.
  • Presenters receive a complimentary one-day conference registration. This complimentary registration is non-transferable. Presenters planning to attend more than one day of the CSBA Annual Education Conference must register at the regular conference fee.
  • Exhibitor table talks are one hour and fifteen minutes and may be scheduled at any time during the three days of the conference at the discretion of CSBA.
  • Exhibitor table talks are designed as open forum discussions among a small group of participants, and are not to be utilized as sole captive audience or sales presentations.
  • Exhibitor table talk presenters make a 10-15 minute informational presentation regarding an educational program or practice to a group of up to 10 people. The subject is then opened for discussion.
  • Exhibitor table talk presenters serve as a facilitator and keep the discussion on track relative to the topic. The presenter also monitors the time allowing for input from all participants.
  • Only one presenter per exhibitor table talk allowed. If others wish to participate, they must pay the conference registration rate. CSBA will only publish one presenter per exhibitor table talk.
  • Because of facility limitations, the use of audio-visual equipment is not appropriate. Handouts should be provided at the presenters' expense.

* CSBA's primary mission is to provide a network of support services and information exclusively for our members. In order to participate in CSBA activities and services, your district/COE's membership status must be current.
