Exhibitor Payment Information

Payments received, inclusive of those made towards the compliance deposit, will be first applied to any previous outstanding balance. The remaining funds will then be applied towards the current year’s compliance deposit, and lastly towards the current year’s booth fees.


Payments can be made by check (payable, in U.S. dollars, to CSBA), American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

  • All payments and contracts due within 30 days of reservation. Once payment and contract are received by CSBA, booths can be advertised on the interactive Trade Show floor plan.

  • Reservations after Thursday, October 1 must be accompanied by a contract and full payment.

Refund policy

A $250 refundable compliance deposit is required in addition to the booth price to ensure compliance with exhibit hours. Compliance means setting up by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29 and not dismantling prior to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 1. If special circumstances arise inhibiting compliance, these circumstances must be explained to, and permission to act pursuant thereto, must be granted by the CSBA Exhibit Sales Manager, Laura Bohannon, prior to the show date. Any exhibit not assembled by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29 will be forfeited and the space resold or used by management — without refund — unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have been approved in advance by the CSBA Exhibit Sales Manager. The compliance deposit will not be refunded or rolled over for no-shows. The compliance deposit is a good-faith deposit, and will be refunded or rolled over* following the conference to those exhibitors who are compliant.

All complying exhibitors who sign up for the 2018 CSBA Annual Education Conference and Trade Show at this year's show will have their compliance deposit automatically rolled over unless requested otherwise. If you do not wish to have your compliance deposit automatically rolled over, please contact the CSBA Exhibits Specialist, Tara Towne, by Friday, December 15, 2017. Compliance deposit refunds will be sent by the end of January 2018 to the 2017 exhibitors who do not sign up for the 2018 CSBA Annual Education Conference and Trade Show.

CSBA Business Affiliates

Some paid CSBA Business Affiliates will receive discounts according to level (see Business Affiliates Program page for further details). If payment for booth fees is submitted prior to payment for the CSBA Business Affiliates Program dues, discounts for applicable levels will not be applied and difference refunded until payment for the current year CSBA Business Affiliates Program dues has been received and applied. Until that time, pending CSBA Business Affiliates are expected to pay in full by scheduled payment deadlines.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations of booth space(s) must be made in writing to the CSBA Exhibit Sales Manager, Laura Bohannon. If notice of cancellation is made before July 31, 2017, a 50 percent refund of total fees paid will be issued. Compliance deposits will be refunded for all cancellation prior to the conference. No refunds on booth fees will be issued on booth space that is cancelled after July 31, 2017. Any reduction in booth space(s) will be treated the same as a booth cancellation and will be refunded accordingly.
