Exhibitor Reservations

Booth sales for the 2017 AEC Trade Show have begun!

Please contact CSBA Exhibit Sales Manager, Laura Bohannon to make your booth reservation(s). Once your booth space(s) has been decided, you will receive an email confirmation of your booth space reservation(s) along with an Exhibit Space Application/Contract. You must sign and return the Exhibit Space Application/Contract and full payment to confirm your booth space(s) reservation.

2017 Booth Prices

Premium (10' x 10') - $1,650
Corner Premium (10' x 10') - $1,800
Island Premier (20' x 20) - $6,600
School Bus Space (Type A only) - $2,150
A $250 compliance deposit is required in addition to the booth price to ensure compliance with CSBA exhibit hours. All payments are due within 30 days of reservation. Once payment and contract are received by CSBA, booths can be advertised on the interactive trade show floor.
