CSBA has made securing housing for its Annual Education Conference and Trade Show easier than ever – this year no need to wait for a confirmation code to secure your hotel accommodations.

Reservation changes and cancellations

• Changes may be made with CSBA 2011 Housing/Experient via telephone, fax, mail or e-mail up until the cut-off date of November 10, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. (PDT). Changes made after the cut-off date must be made, by guests, directly with the hotels beginning November 15.

• Cancellations/refunds prior to cut-off date (November 10, 2011): Reservations may be cancelled by telephone, fax or e-mail until close of business day November 10, 2011 to CSBA 2011 Housing/Experient.

• Cancellations after November 11, 2011 and prior to 72 hours of arrival: During this time frame, you must contact hotels directly. The hotel will process all cancellations.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the attendee’s arrival will be subject to the policies of the individual hotels. Some cancellations may result in the hotel charging first night’s room and tax on the credit card used for the guarantee.

• Due to potential hotel attrition costs, school districts/county offices are responsible for any penalties associated with canceling hotel rooms after the cut-off date. Credit card statements will reflect CSBA 2011 Housing/Experient. 

Sub-block agreement changes and cancellations

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing with CSBA 2011 Housing/Experient on or before Thursday, November 10, 2011, 3:00 p.m. (PDT) by email: csbaexh@experient-inc.com. Beginning Tuesday, November 15, 2011, contact hotels directly.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email: csbaexh@experient-inc.com or fax: (800) 521-6017 or (847) 996-5401. A one night’s room and tax fee will be charged to the credit card provided for each reservation cancelled after Friday, October 7, 2011, 3:00 p.m. (PDT). Failure to arrive on the confirmed date will result in one night’s room and tax charged to the credit card provided. Penalties for early departures are enforced and vary by hotel.
