Promote your company in the AEC App!

Again this year, attendees will receive a consolidated printed program at conference which reduces what they have to carry around the event. They’ll still have access to all the great information previously available in the larger program via the AEC App, available for download from the Apple or Google Play stores.

The AEC App makes it easy for attendees to find your booth on the Trade Show floor using our interactive booth listings AND learn more about the products and services you provide via your company description. Put your best foot forward and ensure your company information is accurate by taking a moment to update your company description today!

How to update your company description

To make changes to your company information, click here. You’ll need your company password, which was emailed to you in your exhibitor confirmation letter. If you do not know your password or cannot find your confirmation letter, please contact Tara Towne, Meetings & Events Specialist.

Once you log in, be sure to:

  1. Verify your contact information so attendees can connect with you
  2. Update your company description

This information will be available to all attendees and exhibitors on the AEC App. Please note that the description is limited to 500 characters, and should be written in the third person format.
