Reserve Housing and Badges for your Booth Staff

Registration for housing and badges will open on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

Exhibitors are entitled to three (3) complimentary badges and may purchase up to seven (7) additional badges at $100 each, per 10’ x 10’ booth space. Additional badges must be paid for at the time of order via credit card.

Exhibitor badges entitle the bearer to attend all conference activities included in the regular conference registration fee on Thursday, December 5 and Friday, December 6, 2019. Exhibitors who want to attend ticketed meal functions and the Council of School Attorney’s meeting may also purchase those online.

Cancellation/refund requests for paid exhibitor badges must be submitted in writing no later than November 14, 2019, three (3) weeks prior to the start date of the conference. There will be a 25 percent administrative cancellation fee for each registration deducted from all refunds (excluding ticketed meal functions which are fully refundable). Direct all cancellation and refund requests to or by fax to (888) 772-1888 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

After November 14, 2019, the three (3) week deadline, there will be no refunds on exhibitor badge fees or separately purchased meal functions. There are no refunds for no-shows.
