Overview
The Executive Assistant One-Day Program is a full-day pre-conference activity held in conjunction with the Annual Education Conference and Trade Show. This program is designed to meet the needs of new, experienced and aspiring executive assistants (including administrative assistants and/or secretaries) to both superintendents and/or the board of education within school districts and county offices of education. In this full-day program, participants will engage in sessions designed for executive assistants by executive assistants from across the state.
Program
Executive assistants, administrative assistants and secretaries will expand their professional development, deepen their skill base and build connections with diverse executive assistants from across the state. This program will focus on skill development in managing meeting documents, policy update processes and communication techniques.
Who should attend?
The Executive Assistant One-Day Program provides current and aspiring executive assistants, administrative assistants and secretaries with tools and best practices to support them in their roles. Please note that registration is required for all attendees, and there is no onsite registration for this program.
Registration
The registration fee is $500, including breakfast and lunch. Registrations received after Nov. 12, 2024, will be charged the late registration fee of $575. There is limited space for this dynamic program, so sign up early! There is no onsite registration for pre-conference activities.
Participants attending the one-day program may bundle their registration to include full access to the three-day AEC conference if desired. Registration for the one-day program and full access to the conference is $775, and $835 if registration is received after Nov. 12, 2024.
Executive assistants that are looking to attend the three-day AEC conference only may purchase a ticket for a registration fee of $775, and $835 if registration is received after Nov. 12, 2024.
Waitlist and cancellation policy
In the event that the pre-conference activity reaches full capacity and is sold out, a waitlist will be initiated. Should a vacancy arise, the next individual on the waitlist will receive an invitation to purchase a ticket. To join the waitlist, proceed with the registration process and opt for the waitlist selection. For further assistance, please reach out to register@csba.org. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee ticket availability. We will inform you promptly if a ticket becomes accessible. If the waitlist is initiated, it will close on Nov. 25, 2024.
