Shuttle Service for AEC Attendees

Tuesday, Dec. 2 through Friday, Dec. 5, CSBA is providing complimentary shuttle transportation for attendees staying at hotels more than four blocks from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. The Hyatt Regency and Sheraton Grand Sacramento (both official headquarters hotels for AEC 2025), and Residence Inn Downtown at Capitol Park are all within one block of the Convention Center.

Three shuttle routes will serve multiple stops, transporting attendees to and from their hotels and the Convention Center within 30-60 minutes. While not all hotels will have a direct shuttle stop, each stop will be within walking distance of nearby hotels that do. Shuttles will drop off at the corner of J and 13th Streets, on the north side of the Convention Center. The main entrance to the conference is through the West Lobby, accessible from 13th Street. The transportation schedule will be available in the AEC app.

Accessibility: Each shuttle route will include ADA-accessible vehicles. If you’ll be using a wheelchair, scooter, or need accessible transportation, please email aec@csba.org at least 72 hours in advance with your name, hotel, and any specific needs so we can coordinate effectively. Please note, drivers are not required to lift or load heavy electric scooters and passengers using scooters should be able to board independently or with a companion.
