AEC Planning Committee

The California School Boards Association (CSBA) Annual Education Conference and Trade Show (AEC) is CSBA’s premier event, addressing key educational issues and offering up-to-date insights. It gathers governance and management teams from districts and county offices to participate in high-quality sessions and hear from expert speakers.

The AEC Planning Committee, consisting of 6-15 members including district and county board members and superintendents, help shape the conference program, ensuring it meets the needs of school board members and administrators. They review past evaluations, proposals, develop content, identify speakers, and manage on-site responsibilities. The Committee Chair leads the planning process, ensuring alignment with CSBA’s goals and reporting to the Board of Directors.
