What should I do when I arrive for my presentation at AEC?
Please plan to arrive at least 45-minutes before the start of your session to pick up your badge credentials and locate your session room. This is particularly important if your session begins during high-volume registration time, such as the morning before the first round of sessions. Registration will open Wednesday, Dec. 4 through Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024.

How do I share my handouts?
Each year, CSBA provides a PowerPoint template that mirrors the conference artwork. We encourage presenters to use the AEC template. You may submit supplemental material as handouts to be available on the AEC app. Handouts must be provided as a PDF document and cannot exceed 10MB per document. You may also submit your PowerPoint in PDF format as a session handout. Additionally, you can provide presenter headshots and biographies (limited to 250 words) for the conference app. Headshot images must be a JPEG and cannot exceed 300px x 300px (Max file size is 5 MB). Email your session’s handouts, headshot images and biographies with the corresponding session title to aec@csba.org by Thursday, Oct. 24.
If no materials are submitted by the deadline, we will assume you do not wish to have your session materials available on the app. If you miss the deadline of Thursday, Oct. 24, we cannot guarantee your materials will be uploaded and available on the AEC app during conference.
